Physical fitness is never something easy; even if you know what you’re doing. As the old saying indicates, without pain, there isn’t gain. To a certain extent, finding your best form will require you to embrace that pain; even becoming slightly addicted to it in the same way a person becomes addicted to spicy food. Did you know that’s why so many crave hot things? To a small degree, spicy food is physically addictive.
In the same way, there is such a thing as a “runner’s high” which can be pursued, and will naturally produce cannabinoids in the brain that represent a naturally euphoric feeling. You’ve really got to push to get there, though, and the more in shape you are, the further away that natural high is!
To get there, you need to eat right and exercise properly. But the good news is, once you’ve reached homeostasis physically, keeping yourself up doesn’t have to be hard. Basically, work out until you are at your physical peak, then start watching your diet and ensuring you keep putting the time in at the gym. Once you pass that threshold, twenty minutes a day is probably all you’ll need.
Before you pass the said threshold, you may want to do cardio for an hour and a little anaerobic workout for fifteen to twenty minutes after the fact. Spend two hours a day in the gym Monday through Friday (including shower time) and you will see results. But don’t buffer your workout with protein powders or anything like that. Eat natural, organic, healthy food in proper balance. Try to stay under 2,500 calories a day, depending on your size and gender.
Secondary Physical Betterment Techniques
Still, individuals will have different thresholds. Some would benefit from a bit of “Work” before they get started in full in order to get the “ball rolling”, as it were. If you’re in the Lone Star state, you might look into some cosmetic surgery in North Texas. If you don’t have time to work out, there are other options to help you reach physically healthy homeostasis.
Part of what stresses your body is the associated weight your frame must bear. This makes it harder to pump bodily fluids through veins and arteries. Going through with a coolsculpting procedure represents a great, safe way to shed extra pounds and expedite your journey from the unfit valley to the homeostasis peak you’re seeking.
Remember, once you hit the peak, it’s all downhill from there. After you pass that summit, unless you’re seeking to build your body in one way or another, all you’ve got to do is keep up what you’ve managed to achieve. Find ways of doing this that you enjoy. For example, play a sport, go hiking, ride a bike, get involved in a martial arts class – do something fun.
Taking The “Work” Out Of Exercise
Do you like kayaking? Find a way to do it all the time. Think of this sentiment: if you shoot for the moon, you’ll land among the stars. The idea is, you may not be able to hit your target, but if you aim high, you’ll likely hit goals you didn’t think you could achieve.
The higher you aim, the further your shot will go. Even if it doesn’t hit that Arnold Schwarzenegger / Jane Fonda / Jennifer Lawrence zenith, you could end up being the best-built person in your hometown.
Lastly, consider that physical health is closely tied to mental health. If you’re not mentally healthy, this will likely extend to your body. Likewise, if you’re not physically healthy, this will extend to your mind. It’s essentially a negative feedback loop. In contrast, working out and eating right represents a positive feedback loop; so use whatever means available to facilitate as much.
